Workout Write-Up

This sample workout/program for my client is designed to increase their 1RM back squat strength, increase power output, and work on upper body pushing (shoulder) strength and lower body (pulling and pushing) strength. The movements that are involved such as: barbell back squat, barbell Romanian dead lifts, and seated dumbbell shoulder press along with their sets/reps were implemented because they are great exercises to achieve those goals. I also included a power movement (med ball vertical slam) and progressed it over two weeks with increasing resistance in order to increase power output in my client. If my client can increase her power output, then there is a good chance that her total body strength is also going to increase.
